Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own team. We’re also happy to share our list of favorite local vendors if you want a head start.
Are your venues available for weekday bookings?
Yes! We host events all week long. Weekdays are great for offsites, shoots, and brand activations, and you might even get more flexibility with timing and setup.
Do you have A/V equipment on-site?
Most venues come with built-in sound systems and projection options. We’ll go over the gear each space has and help you plan for anything extra you might need.
Can I tour the venue before I book?
Absolutely. We’d love to show you around. Just reach out to schedule a walkthrough, virtual or in person.
Is there parking or valet available?
Parking depends on the venue, but we’ve got solutions for each. Some have on-site spots, others have nearby lots or valet partnerships. We’ll help you map it out.
Are there noise restrictions or curfews?
Each venue has its own guidelines, but we’ll walk you through all of that during planning. We’re here to help your event go smoothly (and stay neighbor-friendly).
Can I rent multiple venues for a multi-day or multi-format event?
You can! Several of our clients book different spaces for different phases, like a shoot at one and a launch party at another. Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll help you coordinate.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, our calendar fills up quickly, especially for prime dates. That said, we’re always happy to check availability for last-minute bookings too.
How many guests can each venue hold?
Capacities vary by space and setup. As a ballpark:
- Millwick: seats up to 175, standing room for up to 250
- Valentine: seats up to 240, standing room for up to 550
- Grass Room: seats up to 150, standing room for up to up to 200
- SmogShoppe: seats up to 150, standing room for 250
- Flora Chang: up to 32
