The useful answers

How does the Marvimon team help with planning?

Think of us as your go-to for all things venue throughout the planning process. How long is the aisle? Can you do a balloon drop? Where should the photo booth go? We’ve got you. Behind the scenes, our Events Team is there to make planning easier from start to finish. We’ll help you build a layout that works, keep track of venue requirements and to-dos, review and approve your vendor team, answer all those oddly specific venue questions, and plenty more along the way. Basically, if it has to do with making your event work beautifully in our space, we’re here to help.

How many guests can each venue hold?

SmogShoppe accommodates up to 150 seated guests, with in-house tables and chairs for 98. Millwick accommodates up to 175 seated guests, with in-house tables and chairs for 150. Both accommodate up to 250 cocktail-style. Additional furniture is rented beyond the included counts; confirm the layout with the team.

Can I tour a venue before booking?

We’d love to show you around! Take a virtual tour online or reach out to our team to arrange an in-person walkthrough. Every event is a little different, and seeing the space can help you start imagining what’s possible. Let us know which venue you’re interested in, your preferred timing, and your estimated guest count, and we’ll take it from there. Think of it as your first step toward making the space your own.

What happens after I inquire?

Once you reach out, our Bookings Team will send over information about the spaces and links to book a tour. From there, come see us! We’d love to show you around, answer your questions, and help you start picturing what your event could look like here.

Where can I find pricing and availability?

Every event is a little different, so pricing depends on a few things, including the venue, day of the week, season, guest count, and event timing. Send us your preferred venue, event type, date, estimated guest count, and a little about what you have in mind. We’ll take it from there and send over the rates. Have a few dates in mind? Even better!

What kinds of events can happen here?

What don’t we do? Weddings, product launches, screenings, mitzvahs, film shoots, art shows, performances, fundraisers, proms, celebrity events, and plenty more. We love a good party, but we’re just as excited about the unexpected. Come to us with one of these or surprise us with something entirely new. We’re all ears.
