Temporary attribution and interaction storage
The website can use session storage for referral and campaign information, including a landing-page path, referring hostname and advertising click identifiers when present. In the live inquiry flow, this information can accompany your inquiry. Selected venue-guide interactions can also be recorded locally.
Session storage normally lasts for the tab’s browsing session, although browser restore features can preserve it. Clearing site data removes these local records; doing so does not delete an inquiry already submitted to our systems. The website’s attribution storage does not hold the name, email, phone number or message typed into the form.
Marv conversation storage
Marv keeps the conversation, unsent chat draft and panel preference in this tab’s session storage so a refresh or page navigation does not lose them. The full current conversation is retained locally, up to 201 messages and 100,000 characters. At that safety limit, new questions stop rather than removing older messages. Restored older conversations may already be incomplete and are labeled accordingly. Saved conversations expire after 24 hours without an update; session storage normally ends when the tab closes, although browser restore features may preserve it. Starting a new conversation clears the saved chat. Closing the panel does not.
Handoff name/email fields, tokens and submission state are not saved with the chat. Restoring a conversation does not resend a question or submit an inquiry. Clearing site data removes the local copy, not information already processed by a provider or submitted to Marvimon’s systems. Please keep personal and sensitive information out of chat.
Google measurement and advertising
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are disabled on this website at launch, along with advertising pixels, remarketing tags and customer-data uploads. Existing Google accounts and historical records are not changed. The limited referral and campaign information described above may still accompany an inquiry.
Before optional Google measurement or advertising is enabled, its collection, choices and notices must match the actual configuration. Google explains its handling at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Embedded and external services
Opening a venue’s video tool can load Vimeo’s player. Visiting the calendar page can load Google’s embedded calendar. These services receive technical connection information when loaded and may use their own cookies or similar technologies. A page’s loading behavior and your browser settings affect when this occurs.
On the homepage, Instagram profile previews load automatically after the page becomes interactive, as you approach their section. No click is required. Loading them connects your browser to Meta, which receives technical connection information and may use its own cookies. Browser privacy settings and content blockers may prevent these previews from loading. See https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy/ for Meta’s privacy notice.
An external map, social profile or sister-venue link opens a separate service. Marvimon’s local browser settings do not control that service. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://vimeo.com/privacy for provider notices.
Controls and privacy signals
Use your browser settings to inspect, block or remove cookies and other site data. Blocking storage or scripts may affect forms, videos or other features. Clearing cookies does not necessarily clear session storage, and neither action deletes copies already received by Marvimon or a provider.
This build does not yet provide an on-site preference manager or automatically respond to Global Privacy Control. It also does not change behavior in response to legacy Do Not Track. An email request is not a substitute for a required automated opt-out. Any required consent or opt-out controls must be implemented and verified before the relevant production tracking is enabled.
For a privacy request or help understanding a particular tool, contact inquiry@marvimon.com. See Privacy policy for the wider privacy policy.
