The website helps you explore Millwick and SmogShoppe and contact the Marvimon team. Its descriptions, photographs, planning information and tools are general information. They are not an offer of a particular date, price, layout or service. Confirm the details that matter to your plans with the team.

These website terms do not replace, amend or override a signed venue agreement. The legal party for a venue booking is the entity named in that agreement; the website’s use of the Marvimon brand does not make every related company the same contracting party. These terms do not introduce new booking deposits, cancellation charges, refunds, insurance obligations or event rules.

An inquiry is not a reservation

Sending an inquiry, checking a calendar, using a venue matcher or viewing an on-screen receipt does not reserve or hold a date, confirm a tour or create a venue contract. A receipt confirms that the inquiry was accepted by the website; it is not a promise that every downstream step has finished.

Availability, rates, permitted uses, guest counts, layouts, access arrangements and what is included must be confirmed directly with Marvimon. A booking is established only through the separate booking process and the requirements communicated by the team. The website does not collect booking payments.

Photographs, plans and venue guides

Photographs and stories can show earlier events, temporary installations, rented furnishings or other items that are not included in a venue rental. Historical articles may mention former venues or reflect arrangements at the time of publication. Floor plans and virtual tours help with orientation; they are not a substitute for confirming a workable layout, current conditions or accessibility needs.

Marv is an automated venue assistant. When AI chat is enabled, it generates replies using reviewed venue information and general planning guidance; replies can be mistaken. It is not a live team member, booking agent or real-time availability service and cannot authorize an event arrangement or change a contract. Staff follow-up happens only when you choose it and submit the separate inquiry. If an answer conflicts with written confirmation from the team, ask the team to clarify before relying on it. Information you submit

Provide contact details you are authorized to use and information relevant to your inquiry. Do not impersonate someone, send unlawful or abusive material, or submit another person’s confidential information without authority. Avoid payment information, passwords, identity documents and unnecessary sensitive details.

You keep your rights in your own message. Submitting it permits its use to handle the inquiry as explained in the privacy policy; it does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted advertising or testimonial license. Nothing in these terms restricts an honest review or other activity protected by law.

Reasonable use of the website

You may browse, save links and use the website for lawful venue research and inquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit spam, introduce malicious code, overload services or bypass submission controls. These restrictions do not prohibit accessibility tools, ordinary search indexing, good-faith reporting or other legally protected use.

Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or technical issues, subject to applicable law. That does not cancel or change a separate venue contract.

Photography, artwork and other content

Website text, photography, illustrations, films, designs and marks may belong to Marvimon or their respective creators and rights holders. Display on this website does not transfer those rights or grant permission for commercial reuse. Contact inquiry@marvimon.com about permissions or a credit or rights concern.

You may share links to the website. Any further reproduction or reuse must be authorized or permitted by law. We do not claim ownership of photographers’ work, publication marks or your review merely because it appears on or relates to the website.

External services

Links and embedded tools may take you to services such as Google, Vimeo, Instagram or a separate venue website. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their independent services. A reference or link is not a promise that their content is accurate, continuously available or suitable for your event.

Availability, errors and consumer rights

We may update website information or temporarily interrupt features for maintenance or security. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page, image, tool or external service will be free of errors. If something appears incorrect or an inquiry is not confirmed, contact the team rather than assuming a booking was made.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits rights provided by applicable consumer law, or excuses fraud or other conduct for which responsibility cannot lawfully be disclaimed. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, an indemnity or a monetary liability cap.

Accessibility and assistance

If a website feature is difficult to use, email inquiry@marvimon.com and tell us what you are trying to do. We can discuss another way to obtain venue information or make an inquiry. Website accessibility information is separate from the physical features of a venue. Contact the team about arrival routes, seating, facilities or other arrangements relevant to your visit or event.

Updates, applicable law and contact

These terms are effective October 23, 2026. Changes apply prospectively to website use to the extent permitted by law and do not automatically amend an existing venue agreement. Where assent or additional notice is required, posting a revision alone does not replace that requirement.

California law applies to these website terms to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory protections that otherwise apply to you. These terms do not select an exclusive court or waive a right to raise a concern with a regulator. If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions apply only to the extent they can lawfully stand on their own.
